One day in Avon, Connecticut, an old lady was baking brownies when an unexpected guest showed up at her door wanting to get in.
It was a large bear who was trying to let himself in through the back door, understandably the lady was scared so she called her neighbor over for some help.
Bob Belfiore, the neighbor said, “He actually left the kitchen area and went to the second set of doors off the deck. And tried those and then went to the third set of doors into the living room and attempted to get into those.”
Bob decided to call the police after realizing there was not much really he could do, “we have a bear attempting to get into a house and he’s not afraid of noise, screaming or yelling or pounding,”
The bear was tagged but officers report that the bear has no history of bad behavior.
